Rentals Terms & Conditions

What’s Included

100 KM per day of your rental, CDW insurance, transfers to & from Pearson International Airport, and airport area hotels with qualifying rentals of 5 nights or more for our international clients.

What’s Not Included

Fuel: Gasoline, propane gas,  preparation fee ($165), convenience kits ($85/person), all taxes, refundable deductible, generator usage ($5.00 per hour)

Insurance

CDW is included. Deductible is $3000 for Class C vehicles and $4000 for Class A vehicles.

Additional Kilometers (KM)

  • $0.43 per KM over prepaid kms
  • $22.50 per night for an additional 60KM / day
  • $100 per night for unlimited km (18-night minimum)

Reservations / Deductibles

Upon booking your Motor Home, we require a $500 deposit, non-refundable. The balance of the rental fee is due no later than 45 days prior to your date of departure. A $3,000 deductible is also required upon pick up for Class C motor homes or $4,000 on Class A models.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

No refunds on early returns or unused kilometers. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure – non-refundable. $3,000 (Class C) or $4,000 (Class A) deductible could be withheld in the event of damage to the vehicle. Visa, Master Card, AMEX & Debit Card accepted.

Cleaning Fee

$699 + HST cleaning fee (minimum charge) on returns if not returned in same condition as it was when it left.

Towing & Pets

Absolutely no towing permitted. We are a pet-friendly company. Pets are allowed in select motor homes. Call us for details.

Availability

Motor Homes booked online are subject to availability.

Licensing

A valid G-class Ontario driver's license is required for all drivers and drivers must be 25 years of age or older. Out of Province and out-of-country licensed drivers are welcome. Out-of-country qualified drivers are recommended to get an International Driver’s permit for a quicker process.
